Whilst we would love to meet you face-to-face, sometimes it's more convenient to talk on the phone. Either way, this gives us the opportunity to fully understand your needs so we can provide you with an accurate proposal.
Once you are happy with the proposal, request an invoice and settle the 30% deposit, we’ll book in your project and provide an estimated delivery date.
This is where the creative cogs start turning and we get to work on your project. We will keep you updated at every stage and are always at the end of the phone if you need us; heck come in for a coffee and an update if you prefer.
Upon completion, we’ll present the work on our test server for your review. We allow up to 3 reasonable amendments and when you confirm you are smiling from ear to ear we will proceed to launch the project.
Once we've completed testing and received final payment, it's time for the soft launch. We'll put the website live and work with you to iron out any teething issues. Plus you have 60 days to report any bug fixes or functional errors you find.
We will continue to work with you to support any evolving changes in line with your long-term goals. If you have a requirement for regular web design work we can offer customised retainers to fit your needs, or we support one-off updates at our hourly rate.
